The Thunder Letter was an electronic newsletter published irregularly by the Unlimited Racing Commission/Hydros from 1995 to about 1998. A few issues were produced after that. Nearly 400 issues were published. An archive of the issues had once been available on the late Hydros website but its successor, the Hydro/PROP website does not feature it. I hope to mount the archive of the Thunder Letter on the Hydroplane History website in the near future. --LF
